How do I add my photos?

Drag a folder onto the Still window, or choose Add Folder… from the File menu. Still shows the photos where they already are. Nothing is copied or moved.

A folder says it can’t be found

If you moved or renamed the folder, or it’s on a drive that isn’t plugged in, Still can’t see it. Plug the drive back in, or click Locate Folder… to show Still where the folder is now.

How do I start a slideshow?

Click the Play button in the toolbar, or press ⌥⌘P. The arrow next to it opens Slideshow Options, where you can change the timing, shuffle and repeat.

Can Still change or delete my photos?

No. Still can only look at your photos. It never moves, renames, edits or deletes them.

Does Still use the internet?

No, never. See the privacy policy.

Still needs macOS 26 or later.
